Cellular, PCS, CDMA2000, WCDMA, and GPS using advanced SiGe BiCMOS technology.</font></p>
<p><font color="#0033CC"><b>Integrant's</b></font> <font color="#666666">mobile
products offer lower cost and smallest package size in industry by Integrant's
SiGe BiCMOS</font> <font color="#666666">design strength. Besides that, broadband
RF tuner IC and SOC (System On a Chip) with direct conversion architecture for
applications of DBS and DTV are being developed using advanced RF CMOS technology.</font>

<p><b><font color="#0033CC">The single chip DBS RF Tuner</font></b> <font color="#666666">offers
ultra low power consumption (~1/5 of the competitors) and remarkable reduction
of external components (~ 150 to ~ 50) by integrating ultra-wide band VCO and
resonators on silicon, reducing the board area to one fifth of the competitors.
Integrant's RF CMOS design strength is accelerating the digital consumer electronics
to our better lives.</font></p>
<p><font color="#666666"><b><font color="#0033CC">Integrant</font></b> has 4 Korean
patents and 2 US patents and 3 more US patents on </font><font color="#666666">RF
circuit and systems are being prepared as of March 2002. </font><br>
